
Egg bites are an easy and healthy breakfast, appetizer, or even dinner item. The blender is the real trick here creating fluffy and light bites.
Measure milk and crack eggs into milk. Add to blender.
Blend on medium speed for 10 seconds.
Add chopped pepper and cheese into blender.
Pulse blender 3 times to mix and chop the cheese and pepper. Don't over blend.
Add mixture to oiled muffin tins or silicon shapes like the heart I used.
Bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.
Allow to rest and cool.
