Starbucks Copycat Egg Bites

These days I do not frequent Starbucks often for many reasons including but not limited to: sugar, money, and principle. I cant make the things I buy (coffee) for too much money, so why not make them myself when possible? Including the egg bites.

Eggs are an excellent source of many nutrients, they don’t cost much… well sometimes, and they are quick to prepare. This is a fun and new way to serve them at home and the possibilities for ingredients are endless. My wheels have already been turning on ideas. I served my egg bites with hot sauce.

Hope you enjoy this yummy and easy recipe. Like and share if you enjoy recipes like this!

Egg bites are an easy and healthy breakfast, appetizer, or even dinner item. The blender is the real trick here creating fluffy and light bites.

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Pepper
  • ¼ cup cheese cheddar or any variety of your choice

  1. Measure milk and crack eggs into milk. Add to blender.

  2. Blend on medium speed for 10 seconds.

  3. Add chopped pepper and cheese into blender.

  4. Pulse blender 3 times to mix and chop the cheese and pepper. Don't over blend.
