Halloween Dinner Idea- “Feet” Loaf (Meat Loaf)

Last year I made our favorite meat loaf recipe into a more scary and spooky version for the kids. Instead of using a traditional square or rectangle shaped loaf, I shaped the mixture into “feet.” Then, using onions for the toe nails and ankles, the creepiest dinner came to life. We served this feet loaf with a side of ROASTED BRAINS (roasted cauliflower.)

We make this meat loaf recipe anytime we get the craving for a hearty and home cooked meal. I have not tried using other ground meats than beef, but I’m sure so long as the consistency is sticky enough it will stay “loafed.”

Put back into oven for 10 minutes or until baked thoroughly. .

  3. Cauliflower brain 🧠 Coat cauliflower in oil, salt and pepper and roast in oven at 350F for 30 minutes.

Obviously this recipe can be made in a traditional sense as well leaving the spooky out, but where is the fun in that?

Hope you all have a very spooky Halloween!
