Do you add vanilla to your french toast batter? Cinnamon? What other unique flavor am I missing? I have never tried almond french toast, but just typing this makes me want to explore.

French Toast Bites
Classic French Toast in a fun, make- ahead, eat on the go form.
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf Brioche Bread
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Confectioners Sugar
- Fruit
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions

Roll bread flat using rolling pin

Cut desired shape, I used a flower cookie cutter to create shape

Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl

Spray mini muffin pan

Drudge pieces of bread through milk mixture and place in mini muffin pan. Push the centers down

Bake for 10-15 at 325F

Allow to cool, top with fruit, confectioners sugar, whipped cream, syrup, or whatever you like on french toast!
